Shane was very professional, courteous, and knowledge. We are in our nineties and he was very patient with us explaining what needed to be done and why. We decided not to have repair done but buy a new refrigerator. If we ever need repairs on appliances in the future, we hope Shane will be our repairman

James and Brad called to say they were on the way. The arrived in 15 minutes. They had the dishwasher out and diagnosed within 20 minutes. Then repaired and back into place within 10 minutes. He explained what he was doing as he went. Great service!!!
