Manuel from Sears an excellent AC technician. He was very thorough, methodical, and took the time to check everything step by step until he identified the root of the problem - a leak in the coil. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the issue and clearly explained the next steps, including what to expect from the homeowner's insurance process. Although Choice Home Warranty unfortunately denied my claim and stated that the issue was not covered, that was not Manuel's fault. I highly recommend Manuel for this professionalism, and dedication to helping his customers.
