The technician Floyd was great. Overall service by Sears Extended Warranty was terrible. Misdiagnosed the problem having a technician coming out with the wrong part, caused an additional extended outage and living out of coolers. I hate the inability to talk to an actual person to resolve a problem. Our last appointment was just canceled the day of the appointment without explanation. When calling, got a "bot" that could not help me. Used to not have these problems but they are just getting worse.
