Tony is a great company representative. We want no one else than him working on our appliances. My original contact for repair was the Whirlpool Corp. It only took about 5 minutes on that call for me to remember the Sears Repair Service. I immediately hung up that call and called the Sears Appliance Service. Happy I did!
