The technician, Raul, arrived quickly, was very courteous, helpful and took care of the problem in record time. I would recommend Raul as well as Sears Repair for anything from now on. Thank you Raul and Sears. This was an extremely unstressful experience with a very knowledgable technician!

Kevin was very helpful, he took the extra time to check everything he could, and confirmed the issue isn’t the dishwasher. He was very careful not to mess up the wood floors, very polite and professional.

Tony was on time, after determining our issue provided us with an estimate of the repair. Once the repair was made he discussed extra warranty options. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of our appliance.
