Very nice man, when he finally showed up. I scheduled repair for Monday. The tech didn’t have the correct parts, so rescheduled for Tuesday 3-6 pm. He came at 2:45 so I wasn’t at home. Rescheduled for Wednesday but it got cancelled. NOT BY ME ! Rescheduled again for Thursday. I had commitments on Thursday so again specified 3-6 pm. He came about 4:45 pm and the repair is finally done. I totally dislike the automated phone system. There is no way to talk to a live person! Sometimes the problem does not fit the automated system. I won’t use Sears again!

Mike was on time, professional and pleasant. He clearly knows what he is doing and found the problem immediately. I will be requesting service from Maytag under the manufacturer warranty. Thanks Mike! Laura
