He repaired the ice maker motor, was here for one hour, no parts needed - the charge , including the $195 service charge was $440. way too much for one hour and no parts..

Although the Sears warranty experience overall has been a nightmare, I would have to say that my technician today, Jose, was fantastic. He was here to replace a computer board and he did that, but when I explained the overall problem we were trying to solve (icemaker not working), he tested each phase of the icemaking process to verify that it worked. He took extra care not to scratch my floor, he vacuumed out the lint at the front of the fridge - Something no one else has ever done in two years of visits.
