I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. My appliance got fixed so I went ahead and did 4. The reason for less than satisfied service was that Zorn wasnt friendly at all. He seemed mad and/or that he disliked his job. And he didnt listen to me when i told him the issues we were having with machine. But again, he fixed machine and that was the goal.

7/12/25 - My Kitchen Aid Ice Maker was not working. Sears Appliance Repair, came out evaluated the problem, ordered parts needed and scheduled to repair last week. The parts were a week late, so rescheduled to replace today. The parts were replaced this morning and my Ice Maker is still not producing any Ice. i plan to let it run through tomorrow and then contact Sears Appliance Repair to see if they can remedy the problem. - 7/17/25 - Technician returned today because Ice maker was not working properly. He thought th ice maker was not draining properly so he cleaned out the drain hose. There was some sludge in the drain hose. It’s currently making a little more ice so I’m n a wait and see currently. Hoping this solves the problem. I understand this restarts the 30 day warranty on the repair.
