The Tech. was great and very professional. Appointment was on time, call a hour before arrival. Could not repair, due to bulb replacement unit. will call back if needed. Range hood vent issue. ? price paid don't have the 0-50$

The service representatives was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made sure that what he diagnosed as the problem and what solutions he recommended. When he found out that the parts he recommended were not being made anymore. He explained how American home shield would take over and contact me.
