He was absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever. We didn’t do the repair, the price of the parts were way too high in price. It is cheaper to just buy a new dryer. We just paid for him to diagnose the problem.

I have the sears home appliances plan with sears. I am so glad I enrolled in this service because I have had 3 appliances that had problems since enrolling. Sears has fixed all of the appliances. I have been having issues with water coming from my dishwasher for about 2 months. No one including a plumbing company could figure out where the water was coming from.Tony a supervisor came out to investigate. He is an excellent technician. He studied the problem until he found the issue. He never gave up.

Tony was a great service repairman and an all around great guy. I enjoyed talking to him. He figured out the problem and fixed it, but did some additional checks just to be sure. I appreciated him taking the time.
