The technician Floyd was great. Overall service by Sears Extended Warranty was terrible. Misdiagnosed the problem having a technician coming out with the wrong part, caused an additional extended outage and living out of coolers. I hate the inability to talk to an actual person to resolve a problem. Our last appointment was just canceled the day of the appointment without explanation. When calling, got a "bot" that could not help me. Used to not have these problems but they are just getting worse.

Paul was wonderful, very personable and professional! I returned home from vacation with a TON of laundry to do before returning to work, only to discover the water pump on my washer decided to die on me. Paul arrived right on time, confirmed my suspension of the problem, and had me back up and running in less than an hour!
