Very nice man, when he finally showed up. I scheduled repair for Monday. The tech didn’t have the correct parts, so he had them mailed to me and I rescheduled for Tuesday 3/24. He came at 11:30 am. The repair is finished. I totally dislike the automated phone system. There is no way to talk to a live person! Sometimes the problem does not fit the automated system.
