Our service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He was unable to repair our freezer as it is quite old and parts are no longer available, but I would have trusted him to do a good job if it was possible.

The next tech CatGE/Bodewell’s techs told me I was using the washer wrong or that it was “performing as expected”. They also each gave conflicting advice and never once opened up the unit. They finally sent out Sears and the first thing they did was open it up and gone up with possibilities. They replaced one part that didn’t help. The next tech Catalin actually listened to what I said about damage to the unit and found that was the problem! I appreciate you knowing what to look for and listening to your customer!
