They came to fix my freezer part on my refrigerator, the young tech left and now not even the refrigerator works. So now someone else (hopefully) has to come back out and fix the problem . This has never happened before so I’m a bit upset

I provided feedback as requested. In a response, Sears apologized for the confusion and price perception. They askrd me to call to discuss the feedback futther. When I called, I was connected with an AI only service. Tried to discuss the feedback or speak to a human. AI was "shockingly" unable to do either. I am beginning to think all the talent in this organization is in the field repairing appliances. Apparently the office component of this company is a bunch of clowns.

Unfortunately, Christopher did not arrive today between 8:00-5:00 at my home. The Sears tracker indicated that he did, but alas that info is incorrect. Please do better. I waited all day for this repair that supposedly happened but did not. Even a signed receipt was sent to my email. Thank you for quickly and beneficially resolving this issue.
