Repair guy came out for the THIRD time and didn’t fix anything. He clearly has no knowledge of dishwashers. I would really like his boss to call me!!

Unfortunately, Christopher did not arrive today between 8:00-5:00 at my home. The Sears tracker indicated that he did, but alas that info is incorrect. Please do better. I waited all day for this repair that supposedly happened but did not. Even a signed receipt was sent to my email. Thank you for quickly and beneficially resolving this issue.

Called made appt came 4 hrs late tried to charge 400 for fuse bought vent hose and connectors would not install after they said they would do it for free terrible service will not caa them back Chris rude late and unproffessional

Sears sent a link to pay for our service fee. I paid the money prior to the technician coming and when he got there they told him that since we paid with the link, we have to reschedule our service call. That is literally the most idiotic response we have received. It was literally a link they sent to us to pay. Tech drove over an hour and didn’t perform any service or fix our appliance.

The scheduled appt was on Saturday. There were lots of wordy texts, one of which said the technician would text when on the way. There were no texts, no emails, phone calls, and NO ONE ever showed up. So I wasted an entire day, sitting and waiting for the repair person. The phone number goes to a bot that will not let you speak with a person, so there was no way to find out what was going on. Finally, I got a text, "Sorry we did not come. Let's reschedule." Apparently, Sears Appliance Repair does not honor commitments or care about their customers.

All I wanted was to know if they had, and or sold dryer chords, I just moved and mine is a 3 prong but the apartment is a 4 prong. We'll the rep couldn't or wouldn't answer my question yes or no with out me telling him my personal information so he could "Assist" me better? NO! Do you have one or not?then left me on hold for 10min. So I hung up! COME ON MAN!!

Tech refused to work on microwave because there wasn't a rear bracket - we bought house in November with the microwave already there. We offered to help him remove the microwave and he refused. We wasted $75.

Tech was awesome but after 2 visits ARW says you haven't submitted the quote and I understand that it's not the techs fault but I'm very upset with my warranty company and they are blaming it on ya'll
