Three technicians were send. And all the had different ideas of what the problem was. The first ordered parts that were not the right ones. Second and third only made some adjustments, and the problem still remains.

Worst communication ever , unable to speak to anyone live on the phone , freedom warranty had to call and cancel the work order for someone to call me , it’s was awful on the phone to sears, I was routed to a promotion , I was disgusted with the text messages and automated voice service to push buttons and the inability to speak to someone .
