Good yet dirty good fast fixing of the problem with my washer however both tracked mud on my floors.

He did not communicate on the work he was doing on his diagnosis of the A/C system . He also didn't return any phone calls to get invoice and report . He doesn't follow thur his work .

The 2nd repairman actually knew what was wrong. Unfortunately to fix it costs the same as we paid for it 2.5 years ago. My issue with Sears repair is so many texts & emails are totally unnecessary! Waste of yours & my time.
