The tech, Eric, that helped me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick to help provide understanding as I asked questions, was quick and efficient at diagnosing, installing, and troubleshooting as necessary for both my washing machine and dishwasher. I highly recommend!

Eric was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help fix our unit. He was knowledgeable about the product and gave me advice for how to address future problems. Overall I’m very pleased with the company and his work specifically. I will absolutely use this company for future repairs.

He was fast and both my appliances stopped at same time washer couldn't be fixed and dryer could be for the cost of a new one. The cost of dic was a little high .
