Great technician -very thorough
Richard completed a more thorough diagnosis of the issue. He was the third technician to come and by far the best! Even if I have to replace my appliance, I am confident it's because it is non repairable based off Richard's diagnosis and explanation of the issue.

I WAS WRONG
Dquarius quickly determined that the dryer was operating as it should be, without the need for repairs. That was a relief and embarrassment. I was about to replace the dryer, because I was of the opinion that the dryer tub was restricted and something was causing the tub to turn less freely than in the past. Glad I called to get it checked out by a professional. Cost a little and saved a lot of money.
