I was impressed with how much knowledge Carlos the repairman knew about the washer machine. I hope not to have any more problems with the washer, but if I did, I would definitely call Carlos again.

Extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose we had more then one problem ordered the parts and able to fix. He was great only issue we had was AI canceling and changing our appointments and not able to talk to anyone.

Frank was great and so helpful! i would recommend Sears suppling their repair men with shop vacs and the proper tools the fix the machine! Not frank’s fault, but sears needs to not put it on the client to supply things
