Yes it’s actual Sears service. Real service. Easy to schedule by phone. Experienced repairman came exactly on time, diagnosed issue with minimal repair required, completed at minimal coast. Was efficient but not rushed, personable but businesslike. I could not be more pleased. Hard to find this kind of repair service these days. I hope they never close.

The technician showed up on time. It him about 30 minutes to replace the dispenser on the dishwasher. He was friendly and efficient.
