Eduardo was very efficient and handled my diagnostic and repair appointments with professionalism. He explained everything he was doing completed his tasks in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the company charges too much for 15 minutes of labor. But, if I ever need a repair for any of my other appliances, I hope I get Eduardo again!
