Donald is the best service tech we have ever had with our Sears warranty program. Donald pointed out several things that no one else ever did. For instance, I had a lot of stuff piled up on my freezer, Donald told me (no one else ever mentioned it) that the sides (which were also too covered) and top is where the heat exchangers are and need to be free of obstruction. He also asked when we last had the dryer vent cleaned (never) and showed me the signs that it really needed to be done. He also is the only tech that removed the cover over the bottom of the refrigerator and vacuumed the coils under there. I would like to have Donald for any future warranty inspections!
