This business is not what it used to be. If you want dependable service for the love of God call someone else. They will take all your information promise you they will be there for the repair then nothing and when you call for eta.. ohhh sorry there is no service set up even though they know exactly what unit you have and all your info. So no you get no service on promised day. Probably only thing I got was my information I gave being sold for marketing purposes..

This is the worst service ever and they actively only pick 5 star reviews to trick people into coming to them. We have paid them hundreds of dollars to fix our fridge and dryer to which each technician keeps breaking parts or leaving our appliances unfixed for weeks or months at a time. You can't get a refund without having to dispute it through your bank because they try as hard as possible to keep your payments and not fix your appliances. I've had multiple instances of scheduling a technician to come out only to do literally nothing and ask for payment because they "don't have the part they need" when it's their responsibility to order it and we haven't been communicated about anything regarding what they're doing or why they don't have these parts and why we have to pay for them to do nothing. We refuse but then they take an attitude with us for not paying them to just come out look at the appliance and say they don't have the part they need when the last time they were here they said they already ordered it. Please avoid this service, you can't even talk to competent people in their customer service line and they also stonewall trying to refund you. I've been in several loops of people saying they can't refund us then pretend to "refund us" then never do while our appointment is still set.

Very poor experience the service man was not prepared and appear to find every way he could not to do the job requested. I will never use this service again.

Sears leaves you without service or ability to get help. My washer has been left unfinished with parts old and new setting here and no response or messages from anyone. after numerous attempts to get through to get help! Lost money , time and Appliance that was working, we just wanted to update the maintenance.
