Our Sears Appliance Repair & Service Technician " Ricky" was very professional, efficient and effective in diagnosing the "correct problem with our Major Appliance, including re-ordering the necessary and correct parts after incorrect parts were previously ordered and shipped. During our follow-up appointment, Ricky performed the necessary major parts installation to return our Appliance to working order. Afterwards, Ricky provided above and beyond customer services by answering and explaining important safety steps to follow before resuming / returning to " full use" of our Kennmore Elite "Frig"! I would highly recommend Ricky for any Sears product repairs. He knowledgeable, has many years of experience and provides "quality Sears Product service and repairs.
