The initial tech ordered a new control board because the machine was not spinning. When Thomas arrived (4th tech trip), the machine would spin. Rather than just installing the control board, he diagnosed that a lose shifting type piece was causing the intermittent problem. In short, he showed initiative, corrected a misdiagnosis, and fixed the issue. 5 Stars Plus rating from us!
