Our technician was professional and clear about progress. He let us know his concern that part might be incorrect, and he helped make sure the house and his person protected during service call—important for gas oven repair. Appreciated all the communication between diagnosis and repair completion.

Mohammed was on time. After evaluation of the A/C Unit he diagnosed a clogged drain pipe and needed to pressure blow it, which he did. His work was good and we hope that this will stop the drippings through the ceiling. We will have to wait a day or so to see if that really took care of it. His work was absolutely fine. I just would like to be better informed by the Insurance, Choice warranty, regarding extra charges.

Happy to say washer is working. Scheduling, however, was a nightmare. I would receive notification that a tech would come on Monday; I would take off from work, and by Monday afternoon, I would receive notification that the appointment was rescheduled to another day. I would take off the newly scheduled day and receive another notification with a rescheduled date. This would go on for 3 weeks before and after the part arrived.
