The technician showed up on time. It him about 30 minutes to replace the dispenser on the dishwasher. He was friendly and efficient.

Joseph has great speedy knowledge. Diagnosis was very thorough and to the point. Unfortunately the repair costs to my previous refrigerator exceeded my cost I purchased this afternoon. Thank you for your quick response.
