Very poor experience the service man was not prepared and appear to find every way he could not to do the job requested. I will never use this service again.

Sears leaves you without service or ability to get help. My washer has been left unfinished with parts old and new setting here and no response or messages from anyone. after numerous attempts to get through to get help! Lost money , time and Appliance that was working, we just wanted to update the maintenance.

Heater is producing lukewarm air. Technician said he didn't know why and to call someone else. He also complained he had a long drive to go and wanted to leave
