He was unable to level the refrigerator. He said he didn’t do that. Also said the refrigerator isn’t leaking at that time so there was nothing he could do. Tried to sell me on cafe versus Thor because he couldn’t get through to Thor customer service. Complete waste of time.

Made an appointment for simple microwave repair (door mechanism). Thought everything was great. Tech calls and tells me parts are not included in the quoted price. The person I spoke to when I made the appointment assured me that the quote included parts. I thought it was odd so I asked multiple times. I'm glad the tech called and gave me the correct quote.
