He did a very thorough check of the machine and could not find anything that caused the water all over the floor. Recommended that I wash another load and see if it happened again. He has been here before and he is very good.

Technician, Dean, was knowledgeable, informative, efficient and pleasant.

I liked the technician very much. He was helpful, polite and knew his trade. I am not happy with the appointment set up. I could not talk to a live person regarding my missed appointments. I stayed home from work for an appointment and the technician didn’t show. The window for repair was either 7 am - 600 pm or 800am - 500pm. This happened three times! This part of Sears Home Services was quite unpleasant.
