Isaac was great in all aspects of his fixing our drain pump on our washer. Called when he was on his way. Knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. Got to it, ordered the part, came back 1 day later and within 15 minutes he was done and my washer was working like a charm again. Isaac was very professional, explained things to me in a manner, which I understood. Cleaned up after the washer was fixed and made sure the washer was working properly before he left. He is definitely a keeper and I truly love my Sears Home Service Home Warranty. Excellent Job, Isaac.
