Too slow to make appointment

Repair was great time window of arrival was way to big 8-5 is just to big of a window. Update of arrival gets pushed back constantly so can't leave the house. They do call a few minutes before arrival so can't really get in to anything really just takes a whole day if it can be fixed without ordering parts. If not that's 2 days lost on a 10 minute fix.

Robert did a great job repairing my washer. He was quick and very thorough. Very happy with his work. Not satisfied with the company and the timing of the work. They cancelled on me twice for repairs.

To start off with he showed up to my house sick snotting and coughing the whole time. After 2 visits my refrigerator is still broke and when asked to fill out paper work by warranty Co he simply stated I do not do that so it is on your home warranty. It is up to them and left. He asked me to sign his phone when he got there for repairs only to receive an email stating he told me there could be damage well that was inaccurat since he never mentioned possible damage. Just a way to cya when he really did not just made it look as if he did. Sears you need to do better.

I wouldnt use this service ,over priced and late..i see why sears is sinking ship ..i paid 137 dollars for nothing .. please dont use this service ...guy shows up late n pencil whip parts and labor for lid switch ,i could buy new macine for quote. Very dissatified
