The technicians are great and garner 5 stars. HOWEVER,There is an issue with the scheduling process that needs some improvement. Hiring a house sitter to be present in the home for 9 hours to wait on a tech that doesn’t show up is not a good thing. This happened twice in the last two months. Unfortunately there is no one to voice those concerns/complaints to.
