Robert did a great job repairing my washer. He was quick and very thorough. Very happy with his work. Not satisfied with the company and the timing of the work. They cancelled on me twice for repairs.

To start off with he showed up to my house sick snotting and coughing the whole time. After 2 visits my refrigerator is still broke and when asked to fill out paper work by warranty Co he simply stated I do not do that so it is on your home warranty. It is up to them and left. He asked me to sign his phone when he got there for repairs only to receive an email stating he told me there could be damage well that was inaccurat since he never mentioned possible damage. Just a way to cya when he really did not just made it look as if he did. Sears you need to do better.

Hilarovnever showed up to repair my dryer. Because of his lying my service order was canceled and still my dryer does not work. You have charged GE for services never completed. I need my dryer repaired. This has been going on since June 6, 13,16,17,19,20,22,29. What exactly needs to happen for you to do your job Someone did come out on July 1st, had to order part. Lied about returning July 2. My dryer still doesn’t work Does anyone work at Sears

Here I am again. I wish I would never have to use this service. After the lies that the technician wrote that there was no one home to the rudest supervisor Ricky. And as I am writing this review. They have rescheduled it till Monday. This will be month 4. I wish someone at Sears would actually reply and not just AI. Which just adds to the lies. My husband spoke to Ricky to let him know that our front door was open and that my husband is home. He told my husband I'm not your technician. I wish Ricky would provide the service he is getting paid for. Instead of pencil whipping lies and lack of work ethic. I guess he's on the Team CYA.

Out for service first time told needed parts second time out replaced parts told was good to go bought food and again lost food again next day came out two weeks later said need more parts came back two week later to install parts said never mind didt need thouse parts and that I need to move fridge away from wall and out a fan and house has to be between 65-72 degrees for fridge to work and didt replace parts that were already at my place took them and closed the job said call back if fails again today it’s failed again after he was here yesterday and said there’s nothing wrong Again scheduled to come out never showed closed ticket and said was working and that he moved a line and it started to work when he never made it to the house or even inside to work on the fridge

Never coming, I’m still waiting for him to show up after 4month that my refrigerator has been down the worst part it’s tha never call, never text, the status of my appointment appears that he is at my house, I received this text asking me about his performance, i received an e mail asking me about a review for him and I also got another email with the revive showing the job that he did on my fridge and the cost of the repair, his name it’s Jesus F . He has been rescheduled my appointment for months, I call customer service a thousand times and they always said that they are go to investigate and scale the problem but nothing changed, I call the repair department, I spoke with someone named Tyler , he promised me that the technician will be here by 1:00 pm. , it’s now 10:36 pm and still appears that it’s at my house, he or Sears are a FRAUD. I check my work order status again the next day and said that my work order it’s completed also said thank you to choose Sears, it’s really ridiculous the way we have been treated including me and my family cause everyone has been calling but fridge still unfix and they keep charging me every month.
