Two out of two techs said they weren't really A/C people they were more into appliances. Parts were ordered and only one came in he replaced it and when we asked if we should call when the other on comes in he replied no we weren't sure if that one was even needed.

Brandon was very nice but not knowledgeable enough or experienced enough to correctly diagnose the problem. The part he thought I needed was not going to fix my problem with the oven door not closing all the way with a tight seal. The part was going to cost over $500 thru Sears. I decided to try to find it cheaper somewhere else. I chose not to order it after talking to some other appliance part people who explained what the part was supposed to do. She told me the motor was for the locking system for the self-clean feature which I don’t care about. I was told all I needed was new door hinges. The lady on the phone told me the correct part number but they did not have it in stock. I was able to find new door hinges on EBay for a total of $87. I paid a service call plus some labor for a total of $152 for nothing. I will be finding some else to install the new hinges when they come in.

This company has no access to a real person. They would give a list to schedule appointments, then when I select one they’d say no longer available. So when I would finally get a day scheduled, I would take off work because the range is 8 hours when they’ll show up. They'd call at 3pm day of the appointment to cancel. 2 separate times. They’d also randomly reschedule. When I finally returned the fridge, they would not cancel my appointment and kept rescheduling. As of this posting it has been a month since the fridge went down. And 2 weeks since I have returned it. They’re still sending me appointments…..
