Xavier was an excellent technician! Now Sears on the other hand not so much. It took 3 visits to fix my dishwasher and I had to wait weeks for a technician even though I had the parts within days. I did call to have an appointment earlier and I was told someone would be out within 24 hours and that did not happen. I asked to have my air conditioner unit cleaned and was told I missed the opportunity because I called a week too late and have to wait for the fall appointment availability to have my heating unit checked. I was not told there was a specific time frame for service. I am not very happy with "Sears" I only gave 5 stars for the technician not the company!
