The Technician was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job on the repair. The company itself is horrible and unreliable. They pulled it from the first technician and never contacted me. I waited 9 hours for a repair man that never showed. When they did contact me it was only by text. The rescheduled me for a week later and the changed it again to two weeks later. I had to escalate the claim with LG through a call center in India for 6 days before getting it back to the original time. They are very unprofessional and do not allow you to contact them by phone. The only help you get is AI or text.

Gary was nice BUT took 3 visits to fix one of the issues BUT we told him each visit that the bottom ice maker wasn’t producing ice…and guess what? ITS STILL NOT PRODUCING ICE!!! We just want it repaired please

Absolutely horrible!!!! 3 service appointments and over 2 months and I have a $4,200 brick in my kitchen that almost burnt my house down . Sears transfers you from department to department and says I need to call Kenmore..... so I call Kenmore and they transfer me to Sears where Sears tells me to " just buy a new refrigerator "
