Techs were fine. No probs at all. Problem is with company. No contact if appointment is broken. Wasted my whole day. Website defective in registering parts received. Computer states human will answer, then hangs up. No phone number to call. Cant tell if company is Aand E, SEARS, or who is responsible. Frustrating.

On today, a Sears technician, I believe his name is Landon, repaired my a/c. It had been nonoperational since 6/27/23. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue in less than an hour. He's definitely an asset to your company and I would like you to make sure that he knows that he's very much appreciated!!!
