Overall outstanding. If I had any issue, it would be that the time between diagnosis visit and repair visit was a bit long (two and a half weeks). Not super long, but when you're living without a dryer...it seems long. Parts all arrived within about 5 days. Still, can't say enough good things about Benny or Tim...great guys, and thorough work. Thanks.

George was very professional and he was very knowledgeable about the work to be done on my range. I had no problem with him, however, Sears should do a better job with time. When I checked on line I was told the repair man would come between 9 - 10:30. George called me to let me know he was on the way shortly after 8. You should do a better job when sending messages on line to customers.
