He communicated to tell us when he would be arriving. He communicated while doing the work to tell us what the problem was with our A/C and what needed to be done to fix it. We appreciated being kept informed.

Very polite and quick and knew what he was doing. He had to use a flat head screwdriver to pry off the front panel and made sure he put a cloth between the door and tool so he didn't scratch it up.
