Daniel was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and explain the problem. I really liked getting such quick service! The "live " customer service rep Isobel was very nice and knew exactly how to help me! I do not like speaking to a AI "non" person

Jamerson determined the contact on compressor was sticking cleaned contact unit worked fine for a couple of cycles then it stuck again after he left said contact would probably have to be replaced called in another call to CHW!
