Microwave not heating
William called ahead of time, checked the microwave and called his company. They said repairs were more than a replacement which I think this info was passed on to Choice Home Warranty. He said they CHW would email me about a replacement. He did all he could do under the circumstances. He was polite and friendly.

Ronald was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my 1998 Kenmore dryer repaired. He determined that the problem was a thermostat issue rather than a heating element issue that I had suspected. He had a part that he was able to install…and my dryer is now back to drying clothes.

The service tech did an amazing job finding the noise he came out to fix. After he left, I now have another noise. I will be keeping an eye on it to see if it disappears. Can someone give me a follow up phone call in a couple days to make sure new noise is gone...
