Service was easily scheduled and was kept informed of arrival time. Richard arrived as he said he would and repair was made quickly. He was very pleasant and easy to explain my repair. Had a bad experience with a previous visit by another individual with Sears and was not happy at all with his attitude. Richard has put faith back in Sears repair service maintenance and technician.
