Matthew was very prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He started with the dryer, listened to my concerns and explained everything. Unlike other techs I've experienced, Matthew allowed each appliance to run a cycle then made his repairs and gave recommendations. I need all the other techs to step it up. Thank you Matthew!!
