Greetings: Sears Technician Richard was very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable! Upon arriving he introduced himself and stated the reason for his visit! He properly wore a mask for safety. After assessing the problem he stated what was needed and collected parts and equipment to complete the job. We were very satisfied with his performance in repairing our Samsung refrigeration!
