Horrible customer service, “showed” up for appointment but didnt even come to the door before taking a picture of my house and posting on my appointment page that no one was home! Asked me to reschedule because they left without coming to the door eventhough i was in my living room waiting for them. So i rescheduled for the same day since they still had appointments and then they let me know they werent going to be able to make my appointment and asked me to reschedule a 3rd time. I should have known they did this last year when i was trying to have the same problem fixed 9mo ago… they didnt fix it then so why would i think they would in a timely manner this time. Would not recommend sears home service to anyone

Tech was on time and very personable, however after telling me he was going to send my claim to my warranty companies underwriting department for evaluation because parts were not available I found that he had actually closed my claim as repaired to my warranty company. My warranty company has closed my claim as completed and i still don't have a working dishwasher. This is unacceptable.

My services 1/5/2026 were for my washer that was not spinning and the repair person said that it was the drainage pump. He put the part on and he said that it was fixed - spinning and draining. When I attempted to do laundry minutes after SEARS left, the water continued to rise and the washer never went through cycles and I had to pause the washer. I called SEARS and could only speak to (AI - VICKIE) to try to have them send someone to follow up. Vickie set up another repair for today 1/6/2026 for 11:01 am, then I got a text saying the appointment had been canceled. I’m 72 years and has used SEARS for over 50 years. SEARS service is HORRIBLE, and I regret doing business with them. I pay $63.00 for a warranty on my appliances and I have / had to pay $100 for them to come out and I got nothing but HORRIBLE SERVICE.
