Great job. Darrin troubleshot problem, got the part ordered and fixed the washer. Sears appliance repair on the other hand, hides behind it's digital wall and prevents access and or communication with either the company or the technician. Had an appointment last week and they never showed. No call, no text, no email, waiting from 8am till 5pm for nothing. People work. Couldn't get hold of Sears. Finally had to book another day and Darrin showed up and fixed the problem. Thanks

Ronald did a great job getting our freezer fixed. The problem wasn't Richard. The guy before him who reported we were not at home for the previous day's appointment never contacted us by phone, and the home pictured was not ours.
