Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I called my home warranty on March 11, 2025. They came by every Monday for 6 weeks and kept ordering the wrong parts finally on April 21 they repaired the refrigerator but a part was still missing

My problem was minor but he was very nice and fixed it quickly. My only complaint is that Sears no longer does preventative yearly maintenance on protected window units.

William is great. The problem is you continue to send re built parts in lieu of new parts and they are no good once William installs them. What a shame about Sears. Been a week and I have heard nothing from you as to what you are going to do about my appliance which has a warranty. William is great!! I feel for the people you hire to fix your product when you give them no support. Shame on Sears and what you used to be!! This appears to be the second review for William. He is the nicest, professional repair person I have run across. Friendly and helpful. This is the person you welcome into your home to help you when needed. Great job William.

Technician that came was great. Did a two man job alone. Only issue is that I did receive a text earlier in the day that a different Technician was on their way but did not see anyone until after 4pm. Made it difficult to plan the afternoon when you are already waiting from 8-5.
