Date is not correct but these techs are clueless. Was told my condenser fan wasn't working and it clearly was. Wanted $500 to change a $20 dollar part and less than 5 minute to perform.

It says he arrived, sitting home and no one has been here or called. And now you sent a text to rate my service how can I when I haven't received any help . Call trying to talk to someone and everything is a bit you guy's need a real agent to help with these issues. And it quoted he'll be at 12:27 with the link to track and then says arrived and I haven't seen anyone

They didn't fix nothing... They just checked it said it would cheaper to fix outside of Sears and charged 150 for that. They also make it very hard to get in touch with someone about a refund. It won't let me rate the person on their website it keeps taking me to a yelp website. This is 100% all around fraud. And please don't let this reply make you think that they solved my issue. It's just the same number that I've been calling trying to get a resolution from. The website has nothing on it for a possible refund. The phone number route to the website. And the website keeps routing you back to the phone number. At this point I realize I'm just out my money. And I would never use the scam service again. If you're wondering if you should use it, I'm telling you now if you do not have a warranty they will scam you out your money.

We were scheduled for a follow up appointment to have the part that was ordered install on 06/13 - we took a day of vacation to be here, we followed the appointment tracker, our arrival time kept getting pushed back - keep in mind it supposed to have been 8am to 6pm - never received a call but out appointment was rescheduled with the comment about the part not being available (the part was sitting on our dining room table and we received notification that it was delivered) - appointment changed to 6/14 with the same 8-6 time frame. We could see where the technician was. At 1:16pm we received a text stating that nobody was home with a picture of the house next door!!!! No call. Wrong house! I went out less than a minute after we received that text and nobody was around. If it was the same technician that came the first time they had been to our house. We stayed at our house waiting for a technician that I do not believe even attempted to contact us and wanted to go home. Here it is Wednesday, June 18th - the tracker does not show us who to expect and there is no tracker and we are waiting. This has been a very painful experience. And if you call the number on the website, the AI menu is useless if you want to talk to a human being……

This is a scam company. They came out and charged $249 for a diagnostic visit, didn’t have the part, and when I called back to order they said they would charge the service charge of $249 again before they ordered it. Not able to get anyone (from answering service in India) to understand that we were never told that we had to approve the order of the part immediately. Do not use them. We had a similar issue in January and it took 5 visits to get a microwave repaired.

I had a technician too come out just too say he didn't cover the work that needs to be done.....he said he don't fix wat was written in the notes,so I asked why did he come out....He claims too call supervisor no answer so he called team leader an tell him too explain about the service fee... instead of wat he told me,so the team leader tells him if something needs fixing the contract Don't cover charge me up $400 to $500 to fix problem,so i say let me call my company because i thought I was covered..I was so disappointed because i thought he would at least check the AC before he say it's something he can't fix.then he called a head n had me too turn off ac at 9:30 am just to get hear n say he don't fix wat was wrote up 😭🤔🤦🏽‍♀️💯 I hope this never happens to someone else.
