Christopher H. My assigned technician never showed up to my house. While I was waiting on his arrival, I started receiving emails of receipts and overviews of the work that took place. That’s wild because how is this happening when I’m at my house by myself? 🤔 He signed for me and everything as if he came to my property to fix my refrigerator meanwhile not a single Sears van even came down my street. I know that because I have a doorbell camera. My refrigerator has been out since January so no excuse here is valid. He even went as far to order parts and have them delivered to the house. Christopher H. needs to be fired! If I didn’t have to select at least 1 star to post this, he wouldn’t have gotten that. That is all!

Icemaker still not working after supposed to be fixed yesterday. I would like a refund if not fixed by the technician today. I will find someone who knows what they are doing from now on.

Sears is terrible I would never recommend them. I had an appointment 6/24 from 8-5 I missed a full days work no one showed up nor called. I called several times for updates and was lied to until 6p. I was told the tech would be late no one came . They set an appointment for the following day 6/25 by management with the promise a technician is already assigned. I called at 7am was told everything was good a tech was scheduled. Called back at 12 pm suddenly there is no tech scheduled. Everyone who answers is foreign and doesn't understand. Please don't do business with this unprofessional company it's 109 degrees my baby had to be hospitalized last night. I paid for a service for no reason. Find another company save your self the trouble. Oh and now I'm on hold for an hour.

On 6/13/24 a service person was at 1328 N Willett St he replaced my Air conditioning fan blade and stated that there was too much freon Came back and said that the unit was working properly which it was not I called my Home Warranty company and asked them to send me someone else and not to send Sears Repair back On 6/23/24 my Home Warranty sent someone out and they said that the fan was installed incorrectly and they had to add the freon he let out they said that there was never too much freon in my unit I called on 6/20/24 to file a complaint and I have not received any respond

I think it is very pathetic of this company to not send reliable sources to rendered services that I have continuously call about. My refrigerator has been out for a month I waited around my house two straight days with missing work due to the inadequate window of when a technician will show out to my home. I’ve spoken with three different people about this and to my prevail nothing has been solved. I have lost food as a result of this. No one has shown to my home as these lying appointments states that someone would but yet I received a text to rate a Richard who never shown in the first place. My appointment time has been changed twice in one day I called Choice Home Warranty and they are just as worse proclaiming that they see my ticket and to give technician time to arrive to my home. I even provided my number to some lady in a department to which I can’t name but supposedly handle such problems with claims/service orders at Sears and she apologized as if she was really helping telling me that she was sending someone out to my home which no one ever showed up. This is a great inconvenience not to mentioned the tech who was supposed to arrive to my home this past Saturday didn’t show and after waiting half of the day to receive a call saying the tech was sick and they didn’t have a replacement nor anyone they could send abut yet the man stated they prioritize these situations well obviously not because he didn’t even reschedule my appointment as he said he would.
